A Live Workshop to Help You Understand Why Your Core and Pelvic Floor Still Don't Feel Like They Used To
You had a baby months—or maybe even years—ago. So why does your body still feel different?
Maybe your core never regained its strength. Maybe you leak when you laugh, sneeze, or exercise. Maybe you feel pressure or heaviness “down there,” your back aches after carrying your kids, or your workouts just don’t feel the way they used to.
Maybe you’ve tried the exercises. Maybe you’ve been told to “just do Kegels.” Maybe someone mentioned diastasis recti, but you were left wondering what that actually means—or if it’s even the reason you’re struggling.
If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “Shouldn’t I be feeling better by now?” you’re not alone.
The truth is, your core and pelvic floor were designed to work together as one system. When one piece isn’t functioning well, it can affect so much more than your abdominal muscles. It can change how you move, exercise, lift your kids, control your bladder, and feel in your body every single day.
The good news? Whether you’re six months postpartum or sixteen years postpartum, it’s not too late to understand what’s really going on—or what actually helps.
Join me for this live workshop where we’ll connect the dots between your core, your pelvic floor, and the missing pieces of recovery that so many women are never taught.
During this workshop, you’ll learn:
✔ Why your core may still feel weak—even years after having your baby.
✔ How your core and pelvic floor work together (and why treating one without the other often falls short).
✔ Where diastasis recti fits into the picture—and why it’s only one piece of the puzzle.
✔ Why more crunches, planks, or Kegels aren’t always the answer.
✔ The four-step approach I use to help women reconnect with their bodies and build lasting strength and confidence.
This workshop is for you if…
✔ You’ve ever wondered why your body still doesn’t feel like it used to after having a baby.
✔ You leak, feel pelvic pressure or heaviness, have back pain, or simply feel disconnected from your core.
✔ You’re tired of hearing that these symptoms are “just part of motherhood.”
✔ You want answers that actually make sense—not more conflicting advice from social media.
✔ You’re ready to stop guessing and start understanding what your body has been trying to tell you.
Your body needs more than exercise alone
One of the questions I hear all the time is, “I’m doing everything I can… so why do I still feel stuck?”
And I understand why moms ask this. Recovery is not just about doing the right exercises. Your body also needs the support it requires to repair, rebuild, and adapt.
During this workshop, I’ll share more about the often-overlooked role of supporting your body from the inside out and why this piece matters when it comes to healing your core and pelvic floor.
Meet Your Host
Hi, I’m Dr. Mandi Kelso, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health Specialist.
For over 20 years, I’ve helped women move better and feel stronger, and today I specialize in helping moms heal their core and pelvic floor through a whole-body approach. As a homeschool mama of two, wife to a husband who works 60+ hour weeks, and owner of a private practice, I understand the beautiful (and exhausting) juggle of motherhood. I know how easy it is to pour everything into your family, your home, and your work while leaving yourself with whatever is left over.
My passion is helping you understand your body, connect the dots between your symptoms, and create a plan that helps you feel confident, capable, and supported again—without fear, confusion, or endless guessing.
If you’ve been wondering why your core and pelvic floor still don’t feel like they used to, this workshop was created for you.
Come ready to learn, ask questions, and leave with a clearer understanding of your body—and hope that healing is possible.
I’d love to have you there.
